Registering enables DISS to save your work as you go, allowing you to stop and start the video design process at your leisure.
The large number of video design options gives you the ability to customize your ad. Additionally, there are several opportunities to further personalize your video. First, you can upload your company's logo to appear in the background of the ad. Second, you can send in your company's own attire to be worn by the actor.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Part of how we keep our prices so low is by carefully controlling the production process, which does not allow us to do onsite filming.
Yes. Simply click on the "Copywriter" link on the script creation page and a professional copywrite will contact you. There is a fee for this service.
Once a DISS video design is submitted and paid for, it cannot be changed. A video update can later be submitted at a discount. If you need help writing a script, we can have a professional copywriter assist you for a small fee.
Check that the image format is correct (JPG, GIF or PNG). Upload your images in the order you would like them to appear in your video. Be sure you have a resolution of at least 720 pixels by 480 pixels and not larger than 1920 x 1080 pixels.
We will send you a link to the video and code to place on your website. You may also order a full resolution hard copy on DVD or choose one of our DISStribution packages.
No, there is no limit. DISS charges based on the amount of time a video is hosted, regardless its download frequency.
In order to reduce the production costs, videos are currently limited to 60 seconds (~1000 character scripts). This generally matches the maximum amount of time that an advertising video will hold someone's attention. If you feel that you need more time, you may want re-examine the focus of your message. Or, you can create additional videos to place throughout your website.
A video DOES NOT have to be 60 seconds long. The video length should match the time required to convey your message (as long as it is less than 60 seconds).

14. Where do I send my organization's personalized wardrobe?

15. How will the images I uploaded appear in my video?
The images that you upload will appear in the order that you upload them so please keep this in mind when writing your script. You may want to come back and upload pictures after you have finalized your script.
16. What is a post-roll bumper?
A post-roll bumper is the animated Done In Sixty Seconds promo that appears at the conclusion of your DISS video. The duration of the post-roll is approximately 3 seconds. You may view samples of the post-roll bumper by watching previous client orders on our samples page.
17. How many video orders can I save in the system?
When you have registered and logged in, the system will automatically save whatever selections you may on the order form. Whether you are trying to create a new video or edit an existing video that has not yet been ordered so be careful not to change any previous selections. You must complete and pay for your existing order before you can save a new one otherwise simply change your previous selections and click save and continue at the bottom of each step to save your progress.
18. Can I upload a song that isn't available as a DISS option?
Currently you cannot upload any music or video to the site. All music available on the DISS website is royalty free allowing you to use the video as you please. If you would like to use a specific soundtrack, jingle, etc in your video please contact us to help you create a custom video order.
19. What if I want more than one actor?
Your standard DISS video order ($429) includes only one actor. If you would like to incorporate more than one actor in a video at the same time, please contact us to help you create a custom video order.
